Planate Management Group had an extraordinary visit to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT)! During our visit, we had insightful discussions on how Planate can actively support engineering students by offering them various opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
One of the key aspects we discussed was providing on-the-job training (OJT) opportunities to the students. We strongly believe that practical experience plays a vital role in shaping the future careers of aspiring professionals. Through OJT programs, we aim to provide hands-on training and real-world exposure to the students, allowing them to apply their theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
Additionally, we had productive conversations about the future career paths of the students. We shared valuable insights and guidance on different career opportunities within the engineering field, helping them make informed decisions about their professional journeys. Our aim is to empower the next generation of professionals by equipping them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their chosen careers.
At Planate, we are committed to fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing between industry and academia. We are thrilled to have engaged with the talented students and faculty at JKUAT, and we look forward to forging strong partnerships that will benefit both parties. Together, we can contribute to the development of a skilled and capable workforce that meets the evolving needs of the engineering industry.
