With this contract, Planate will develop a Design-Build Request for Proposal (DB RFP) package for the installation of a hangar door and the repair of stormwater drainage at Cesar Basa Air Base in Pampanga, Philippines. The awarded project involves a comprehensive range of A-E services, including site surveys, stakeholder coordination, RFP development, and responses to pre-proposal inquiries. Planate’s work will ensure that all requirements for the hangar door installation and stormwater drainage repairs meet the stringent standards set forth by NAVFACand the Department of Defense (DoD).
