Planate Management Group was awarded a prime contract with NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic to provide Community Planning Support for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Area of Responsibility (AOR). This continues Planate’s prior 3 year support to NAVFAC Mid-Lant for the same requirements which include Regional/Installation Plans & Studies, Encroachment Management Plans & Studies, Basic Facility Requirement (BFR)/Facility Planning Document (FPD) Preparation, Asset Evaluations, Site Approval Document development, Planning Services, MILCON Installation/PWD 1391 Project Development, Space Planning, Enhanced Use Lease (EUL), SRM Project Development, and Real Estate Requirements Generation.
