ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) awarded Planate Management Group (Planate) a task order to provide Architect/Engineer (A/E) professional services in VISN 20 at Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA. Under this contract, Planate will assist the VA in supporting the execution of design and construction period services requirements for site preparation of a Mobile Radiology Trailer in one location and C-FORTS modular buildings in multiple locations.
Planate’s responsibilities include professional services support for preliminary concept and program development, investigative services, design narratives/analysis, planning consultations and visits, design work, calculations, preparation of contract drawings and specifications, sample boards, preparation of cost estimates, construction period services, site visits, and other services necessary to meet project requirements. Design will include a plan to phase work to minimize disruption of vehicle traffic.
