ALEXANDRIA, Va – Planate Management Group was awarded planning, engineering design, and project management services for a negative pressure mailroom (NPMR) at a consolidated mail handling facility for a large international logistics provider. The NPMR is a self-contained, environmentally controlled enclosure that contains mail-borne threat-agents, protects mail-screening technicians, and provides a safe, ergonomic workplace and “clean room” environment. NPMR services include Chemical, Biological, and Radiological (CBR) detection and mitigation through infrastructure solutions to support a mail Concept of Operations (CONOPs)
