ALEXANDRIA, Va – Planate Management Group (Planate) was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Architect-Engineer Services contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to provide Construction Management Services (CMS) for USACE Honolulu District.

Under the contract, Planate will provide construction management services to include project management, safety management, contract administration, submittal reviews, shop drawing review, responses to requests for information, site visits, inspection services, report preparation, and surveillance for compliance with plans and specifications. Planate will also perform scheduling analysis, preparation of construction cost estimates, surveying, geotechnical investigations, asbestos testing and analysis, hazardous lead testing and analysis, and Construction Management Services for pre-construction award functions, quality assurance and contract administration.
The firm fixed-price task order has a three-year base period of performance and two option years.
