Planate provides life cycle support as prime contractor for new facility at VA Vancouver Medical Center
ALEXANDRIA, VA February 9, 2021 – Planate Management Group, LLC (Planate) has won a VISN 20 IDIQ Task Order to provide AE Construction Period Services for VA Portland Healthcare System at the Vancouver, WA Campus for the construction of a new imaging services facility.
Under the 1.5-year prime contract, Planate will provide architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, quality, and geotechnical construction period services, including answering RFIs and performing special inspections. The contract will also include additional construction period services in completing the as-builts.

As the prime cotractor, Planate will manage the overall project performance from demolition of the existing structure to design, construction and commissioning of the new structure.
