Monte Harner is a senior program manager at Planate Management Group with 29 years of demonstrated excellence and broad experience in leading multifaceted, geographically-dispersed engineering, construction and facilities management organizations. He currently manages teams of technical professionals providing high quality and cost-effective planning, design and engineering services for Department of Defense and other Federal clients worldwide. Prior to joining Planate, Monte served as an U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Officer for 25 years. During his military career, he served in a wide variety of civil engineer leadership positions, including two tours with Headquarters Air Force at the Pentagon, and culminating as the commander of a 1,100-person public works organization in Great Falls, Montana. His contingency experience spans multiple deployments under Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM, and includes assignments with Multi-National Forces–Iraq and NATO Air Training Command–Afghanistan.
