Planate Management Group Planate secured the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for multi-discipline Architect – Engineer (A-E) services, under the oversight of the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific, within Thailand’s Area of Responsibility.

This significant award underscored Planate’s expertise and commitment to delivering comprehensive architectural and engineering solutions compliant with the International Building Code (IBC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-201-01 for Non-Permanent DoD Facilities, and Host -Nation Construction Codes. The contract encompasses a wide range of services essential for the successful completion of preliminary and final construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and the preparation of essential project documentation.

The scope of Planate’s services under this contract will include, but is not limited to, the development of technical reports, engineering investigations, concept studies, and construction cost estimates. Furthermore, Planate will provide operations and maintenance manuals, engage in rigorous design reviews, offer construction consultation, and conduct geotechnical investigations, utility site surveys, Post- Construction Award Services (PCAS), and topographic surveys as required for various architectural-engineering projects.
