Planate Management Group has been awarded a significant Multiple Award Order Contract (MATOC) for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 North Region – Florida, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Under the auspices of the Veterans Health Administration, Planate will furnish comprehensive architectural and engineering services to support the esteemed facilities that provide care for the nation’s veterans. This contract represents a commitment to up to sixteen Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite- Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Florida and seven for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

The scope of work under this notable contract includes mater planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and an array of specialized studies from risk analysis to historical evaluations. Planate will also provide cost and schedule estimates, construction progress monitoring, and additional support services essential to the upkeep and development of VISN 8 facilities.
