Since July 31, 2019, Planate Management Group has proudly supported NAVFAC EURAFCENT PWD at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, delivering excellence in infrastructure support and project execution. Through collaboration, innovation, and expertise, we have made significant strides in enhancing the functionality, safety, and efficiency of critical infrastructure on the ground.

Meet the Team on the Ground

At the heart of Planate’s work in Djibouti is a dedicated and diverse team of professionals committed to engineering excellence. Among the key contributors were Jack Nyabuti , Edgar Maglapuz , and Venkat Raman Ragupathy, who played essential roles in maintaining quality and efficiency across various project scopes. Their areas of expertise included mechanical and plumbing engineering, project management, and regulatory compliance. Together, they developed design-build requests for proposals (RFPs), prepared construction drawings, generated cost estimates, and ensured that all deliverables aligned with client expectations and applicable government standards. By collaborating with facility managers, contract specialists, and local authorities, they ensured that each project met the highest standards of engineering practice.
