Alexandria, VA – Planate Management Group (Planate) announces the award of a new Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (A-E) services under the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific, within Thailand’s Area of Responsibility.
This contract reflects Planate’s ongoing commitment to providing architectural and engineering solutions that comply with International Building Code (IBC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-201-01 for Non-Permanent DoD Facilities), and Host-Nation Construction Codes.
Planate’s scope of services under this IDIQ includes the development of preliminary and final construction plans, design specifications, cost estimates, and full project documentation. Additional services encompass technical reports, engineering investigations, concept studies, O&M manuals, design reviews, geotechnical investigations, site surveys, Post-Construction Award Services (PCAS), and topographic surveys.
