Alexandria, VA – Nov. 20, 2023 — Planate Management Group (Planate) has secured a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to deliver architectural and engineering services for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 North Region. This region includes Florida and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Through this contract, Planate will support the Department of Veterans Affairs across several VA medical facilities. Specifically, the MATOC includes up to sixteen Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in Florida and seven in Puerto Rico.
Additionally, Planate will provide comprehensive A-E services to support healthcare infrastructure. These services include master planning, schematic design, and design development. The team will also deliver construction documentation and specialized studies. These studies include risk assessments and historic preservation evaluations.
Moreover, Planate will perform cost estimating, schedule development, and construction monitoring. As a result, VA facilities within VISN 8 will benefit from efficient project execution and long-term facility planning.
