ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Planate Management Group (Planate) has been contracted to provide design and construction support services for safety and security improvements at an outpatient clinic in Anchorage, Alaska.
Under this contract, Planate will deliver a full range of professional services, including:
- Site visits and assessments
- Engineering calculations and technical design
- Preparation of contract drawings and specifications
- Cost estimating and construction bid documentation
- Solicitation phase support and construction period services
Design elements will include upgrades to physical security systems, such as card reader access gates with automatic or remote operation, intercom and video surveillance systems, and a heated sidewalk snowmelt system to enhance pedestrian safety during winter conditions.
Following design approval, Planate will support the implementation of the approved upgrades through construction services aligned with federal safety and operational standards.
