Planate Management Group has been awarded a Construction Management Services contract by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to deliver construction management (CM) and project management (PM) services in support of critical infrastructure upgrades at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System in Bay Pines, Florida.
The work directly supports the VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) initiative — a nationwide program transforming how the VA manages and delivers healthcare to veterans through advanced digital systems and modernized facility infrastructure.
About the Award
Under this contract, Planate will provide comprehensive construction and project management services to support the infrastructure improvements necessary to enable the VA’s transition to a modern electronic health record environment. This includes coordinating and overseeing construction activities, managing schedules and cost controls, and ensuring all work meets the VA’s technical and compliance standards.
The contract includes a base performance period beginning in May 2026, with option periods that may extend performance through 2029.
