Alexandria, VA – Planate Management Group has been contracted to provide architect/engineer (A-E) design services for the renovation of Building 42 at the Lake City VA Medical Center in Florida. The project supports the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) initiative by upgrading critical training and administrative spaces.
The scope of services includes site evaluations, field investigations, and the development of construction drawings and technical specifications. Planned improvements cover architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, along with ADA compliance, telecommunications infrastructure, fire protection, and hurricane resilience upgrades.
