With a combined usable space exceeding 20,000 square feet, we assessed whether these existing structures could accommodate ICE’s programmatic space requirements of 13,212 square feet.
Our assessment identified key structural elements, cataloged potential deficiencies, and provided recommendations for optimizing space without compromising the buildings’ historical significance. By engaging with key officials, we ensured that proposed modifications adhered to preservation guidelines while meeting modern operational demands.
