Planate Management Group has been awarded the Architect/Engineer (A/E) Construction
Period Services (CPS) and Commissioning Authority (CxA) role for the E Wing HVAC
System Upgrade at the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Under this engagement, Planate will provide post–design engineering support throughout
construction, including construction phasing review and commissioning oversight. The scope
also includes development of a temporary cooling solution to ensure uninterrupted, mission–
critical healthcare operations during renovation activities.
This award reflects Planate’s proven expertise in healthcare infrastructure, building systems
commissioning, and delivery of complex projects within active medical environments.
