Alexandria, VA — October, 2025— Planate Management Group (PMG) is proud to announce the launch of its Global Innovation and Technology Delivery Division, a strategic initiative designed to strengthen the company’s leadership in advanced technology and mission-critical solutions worldwide.
The new department will focus on developing and integrating cutting-edge capabilities including drones (UAVs), additive manufacturing, technical dive surveys, robotics, and other emerging technologies. These innovations will enhance Planate’s ability to deliver agile, high-impact solutions across defense, infrastructure, and technological projects — particularly in complex and austere environments.

We are pleased to appointment of Jennifer Olson, PMP, PMO-CP, as Vice President of Global Innovation and Technology Delivery. Olson, who has been with Planate for over eight years, brings extensive experience in project management, engineering, and leadership. Prior to joining Planate, she served as a Lieutenant Engineering Project Manager and Lieutenant (j.g.) Ensign – Shipboard Engineer in the U.S. Coast Guard. She holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
In her new role, Olson will lead the departm
ent’s strategic direction, driving innovation, managing cross-functional teams, and advancing Planate’s initiatives in autonomous systems, distributed manufacturing, and technology integration.
The establishment of this department aligns with Planate’s long-term strategy to expand its advanced technology portfolio and enhance its global delivery capabilities.
