Planate Management Group was awarded a prime contract for Telecommunications Engineering Advisory Services in Afghanistan. Work includes assisting the Commander, International Security Assistance Forces (COMISAF) in establishing a GSM cellular communications service on selected, secured locations in Southern Afghanistan, and to provide a long-term goal of a nationwide capability.
