Planate to deliver high-quality professional technical services in support of VA’s mission to provide premier patient care environments at VISN 5 health care facilities
MARCH 30, 2021, ALEXANDRIA, Va – Planate Management Group (Planate) was awarded a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Veterans Affairs to provide VISN 5 Wide professional technical support services for Facilities Management Service (FMS) Department. This contract covers all eight Medical Centers for VISN 5 located in Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington DC.
Under this contract, Planate will provide the government with required Construction Management and Related support services in the cross-discipline areas of Sr. Engineers, Sr. Construction Inspector, Space Planner, Sr. CADD Operator, and Engineer (Capital Asset Manager), and any other occupations, as necessary, in support of the FMS.

FMS is an integrated service consisting of skilled craftsmen, technicians, engineers, biomedical engineers, designers, and support staff who work diligently to provide our veterans with the best patient care environment possible. The FMS Team provides maintenance and repair to buildings, grounds, and equipment.
This BPA contract was awarded on March 17, 2021 and has a base period of one year with three option years.
