Venkat, An Esteemed Member Of Planate Management Group, Has Been Awarded The Prestigious “Employee Of The Month – June 2023”

Venkat Ragupathy, an esteemed member of Planate Management Group, has been awarded the prestigious “Employee of the Month – June 2023” by the Public Works Officer at Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, East Africa. This accolade stands as a testament to Venkat’s unwavering dedication, hard work, and remarkable contributions to the FY23 Award Q4 projects – Pre Award.

Throughout the month of June 2023, Venkat demonstrated exemplary performance by successfully completing four significant projects. These endeavors showcased his commitment to excellence and efficiency. The projects encompassed a wide range of tasks, including the replacement of the Prime Power 3 generator, the repair/replacement of CLUs and CWUs, the installation of a DLA-725 level platform for the GFE scale, and the removal of the AFFF Chemguard system. The successful execution of these projects required meticulous planning, precise coordination, and exceptional execution.

In order to achieve the set targets, Venkat willingly devoted numerous weekends to ensuring the projects’ timely completion. His additional effort and time investment were crucial in meeting deadlines while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

As an Electrical Engineer, Venkat’s role primarily revolves around providing support to the Project Management and Engineering branches of PWD. He played a pivotal role in developing essential components for these projects, including the Request for Proposal (RFP), Independent Government Estimate (IGE), design drawings, and engineering calculations. By leveraging his expertise and knowledge in electrical design, Venkat made significant contributions to the overall success of these initiatives.
