ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Planate Management Group (Planate) has been awarded a contract to provide professional multi-discipline expert consulting services to the VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) facilities. According to the VISN 21 website, “The Network serves Veterans in northern and central California, Nevada, Hawaii, the Philippines, and U.S. Territories in the Pacific Basin. With a total of 67 sites of care, VISN 21 provides a continuum of comprehensive health care services through seven VA Medical Centers, nine co-located Community Living Centers, and 41 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).” 

With this contract, Planate’s team of architects and engineers will provide the following services: development of schematic, design development, and construction drawings as estimates, schedules, digital models to communicate concepts to users, physical space mock-ups, and preparation of statements of work (SOW). The team will also prepare site and architectural block or line plans, ROM analysis, investigative and certification services and reports, attend site visits, and validate clinical program workloads and related data as necessary to provide applicable design and construction solutions. Work will begin over the next year, with the option to continue through 2028.
